・Maximum thickness: Soft = 100 mm, Hard = 10 mm.
・The pore sizes in table are the peak top of the through pore and the small
pore, which are distributed up to ± 100% from the peak top.
* For 0.1 µm, 50 nm and 100 nm are not supported.
** For 0.5 µm, 100 nm is not supported.
